My car was in flood water for 2 days. once water died down I did not try to start it. After 2 weeks of sitting I drained oil, dropped gas tank and changed pump. Added a new battery. Car would not start, no lights at all. I noticed the fuse boxes both were green like you would see in a old toy. I got new fuse boxes and wiring harnes. Replaced all. Now car is turning over and sometimes starting but dies right after. All the lights are flashing like crazy head lights tail lights and dash lights. What could be the problem?
